Sports Massage

A Sports Massage is a great way to alleviate stress and tension in the body after a long period of exercise or to resolve chronic musculoskeletal problems such as back pain, sciatica or shoulder pain. Very deep pressure using the fist, elbows and fingers are used to break up adhesions in the muscle or fascia to improve the range of motion of muscles and joints.

Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy massage is a wonderful treat for those suffering from aches and pains during this special period. The client lies on their side whilst areas such as the lower back and legs are massaged to relieve the tension that builds up over time. Reflexology is a relaxing foot massage that focuses on "Reflex Points" that relate to specific points of the body and can improve their well being by encouraging energy to move towards those points. Techniques such as kneading, rotating and finger pressure are used over the foot to provide a deeply relaxing experience.

Baby massage

provides many benefits such as a caring touch and the feel of reassurance from someone special. Major benefits include giving the parent a greater awareness of their baby whilst enhancing a bonding experience between you and your baby.
Research has also indicated clinical benefits of baby massage that may improve physiological changes and help babies grow and develop.
